Men's wellbeing Program

Our men's wellbeing program, which began in mid-October, is already showing fantastic results. Participants are experiencing improved cardio fitness (VO2), healthier BMI levels, and reduced blood pressure.

Our women's empowerment project is in full swing! The women have started baking biscuits, which will be sold in the community and to our visitors.

Every Thursday, join us for tea and biscuits, supporting small business and empowering local women entrepreneurs.
